Raegan is the Senior Program Support Manager for Chosen. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a master’s degree in Social Work from Texas State University.

She has spent her career serving children, families, and adults from hard places across various settings including schools, residential treatment centers, and child placing agencies. Raegan is a certified Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) Practitioner, is trained in motivational interviewing, Mental Health First Aid, and has also completed Dyadic Developmental Practice, Psychotherapy, and Parenting (DDP) Level One Training, which allows her to use these PACE principles with Chosen’s parents. She is also trained in the Making Sense of Your Worth curriculum through the HALO Project.

Raegan has been married to her husband, Chip, for eight years and has three children.  Raegan enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outdoors, and traveling.
