Troy Herring and his wife Carri live in New Braunfels.  They have been married eleven years and have two daughters, ages 9 and 10, that proudly attend New Braunfels Christian Academy.  Troy graduated in 1997 from UT Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He worked in the electronics engineering industry for 6 years until transitioning to the business of medicine.  Since 2009, Troy and Carri have started and run many successful nationwide medical companies.  Through Bioline Corporation, they continue to research and market new therapies for spinal injuries.  They are a part of First United Methodist Church in San Marcos, where their family has attended for 5 generations.  They love spending time as a family playing volleyball, golfing, wakeboarding, and skiing.
